Who We Are

We believe in the power of community. That’s why campers can expect special guest visits from our NYC community each session.

We’re friends with some of NYC’s best: Fitness, yoga & meditation instructors. Pro-dancers, professional artists, authors & musicians. Chefs, farmers and educators. We can’t wait for you to meet them!

Liam has taught yoga and meditation to thousands of youth across New York City. He is a head basketball coach for Steady Buckets , a NYC youth basketball program, where he has developed the yoga & movement program. With Steady Buckets, Liam actively weaves eastern techniques of breath & body into the game of basketball, giving students the tools they need for self-discovery in life and in sports. He studies with world renowned yoga teachers Hari Kaur, Nevine Michaan & Krishna Kaur. He is director of Teacher Trainings at HariNYC and Regional Director of Y.O.G.A. for Youth , serving at-risk youth since 1998.
